alrite, i am not sure if you guys have the same problem or not...but last year i had about 12 pairs of my low cut socks.....and now i look in the closet after doing my laundry, i only have about 5 pairs left. i dont know how i lose these low cut socks, but it seems as though every several times i do my laundray i lose a sock, like the washing machine or dryer eats it up. tell me if you have the same problem, and share some sympathy with me.

Alrite, on my blog on May 24th, I was rated at an average of 7.6 on the blogger comment scale of 1 through 10 for being MOST GHETTO (for cutting my finger nails with scissors). I had done it again this week, cuz my nails were just getting uncomfortable again and I just needed them cut, so since I have experience with the scissors, I used them again. Although I dont want you all to rate me on how ghetto I am, but I want to rate you on "HOW CRUEL AM I?"....here's the story....
I was near the bathroom door with the trash can in front of me, and ss I was cutting my nails with the scissors again, I looked at the little corner space that was in between the trash can and the bathroom door. And what I saw was one of those spiders, those "daddy long legs"....i think thats what they are called (spiders with long long legs). And so I paused for a moment cutting my nails, and just looked at the spider. I was thinking...."hmmmmmmmmm..........there's a spider, in my room..............and I have a pair of scissors in my hand........" SNIP SNIP!!!...I cut them legs off them spider!!!
How cruel am I......comment and rate me from 1 - 10...with 1 being most gentle and 10 being most outrageously cruel. Also when you comment on me, answer this, "what would YOU have done with a pair of scissors in your hand???"

A disappointing end to our great softball season. Lost in the championship game today, we still played good defense, just they were hitting to the right spots and getting base hits. We had a good run counting back to last season's 5 wins and 7 for this season, totalling up to 12 wins in a row. I guess the 13th win was very unlucky for us.
Team: Hard Ballz
Game 8: 7 - 11 vs. Sigma Pi
game stats.......
Raphael Chan - 1B - leadoff hitter
1 for 4, 1 single
Season Totals:
batting avg. .594 (19 for 32), 7 HR, 7 singles, 5 doubles, 16 runs, 22 RBI's
The Hardballz Team (7-1)

OH MY GOODNESS!!....we had just made a great comeback from our first game of softball playoffs!!.....so heres the story, we were up 3-2 in the top of the 3rd inning, and then we blew it by making at least 6 errors, if not more. And so they scored 9 runs in that inning bringing our deficit to 3-11. We kept our heads up and kept chipping away and chippin away, and eventually we tied it up at the bottom of the 6th inning to 11-11. And the top of the 7th, Andy made the defensive play of the game by catching out deep pop fly in right field and throwing the tag runner out at 2. That set the stage for us on the bottom the 7th inning (last inning) and we just needed one run to win. Al hit a 1 out double, setting it up for Ken to just get a base hit to drive in Al. Ken hit the ball deep into center field, where the ball looked like it was going to be caught, and NOOOO!...that homeboy dropped it and Al ran in for the winning run. Winning in dramatic fashion always gets me hyped. This was a reminisce of what I did last year in our first playoff game where I hit the game winning 2 run single to steal the game!...WOOHOO!!
Team: Hard Ballz
Game 6: 12 - 11 vs. Kappa Sigma
game stats.......
Raphael Chan - 1B - leadoff hitter

Season Totals:
batting avg. .667 (16 for 24), 6 HR, 6 singles, 4 doubles, 14 runs, 18 RBI's

Thank you God for the mental confidence of making big free throws!!!...wooooohoooooo!!!
Notes from reading articles about the game....
"Two words," said Scot Pollard. "Free throws."
"Especially if the opponent butchers 14 free throws and 18 3-pointers in an overtime game."
"Chris Webber passed up open jumpers to dribble-drive, not sure where he was going. But then it's hard to hold your hands in prayer and knock down a shot at the same time."
"Flowers grow out of manure, so…" said Webber. "We're a young team. I believe that we will be back."
Aside from this.....I have my first softball playoff game this afternoon vs Kappa Sigma. We'll show them frat boys what we're made of, I am ready to bust!....I believe we can 2-peat this year!!
